To support our development and implement innovative green initiatives, we actively utilize funding from the <strong>European Union (EU) Recovery and Resilience Facility<\/strong>, in collaboration with <strong>ALTUM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 Green Transport Initiative \u2013 Electric Vehicle Purchase (2024)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On <strong>August 7, 2024<\/strong>, with support from the <strong>ALTUM Recovery Fund<\/strong>, SIA \u201cRo\u017ekalni Plus\u201d added a <strong>new electric vehicle \u2013 KIA EV6<\/strong> \u2013 to its company fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This environmentally friendly investment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improves company logistics and mobility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduces <strong>CO\u2082 emissions by over 2.6 tons annually<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports Latvia\u2019s transition to <strong>climate-neutral transport solutions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2600\ufe0f Solar Energy Project \u2013 Solar Power Plant Installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To increase <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong> and reduce dependence on fossil fuels, SIA \u201cRo\u017ekalni Plus\u201d installed a <strong>50 kW solar power plant<\/strong> with a total panel capacity of 60 kW, funded by the <strong>EU and ALTUM Recovery Fund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key benefits of this renewable energy project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generates over <strong>50,000 kWh<\/strong> of clean electricity annually<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powers the company\u2019s production processes with <strong>100% green energy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lowers electricity costs and protects against market volatility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Significantly reduces the company\u2019s <strong>carbon footprint<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Timeline:<\/strong> September 2024 \u2013 February
